How to Report a Claim

 

For personal property and commercial claims:

For personal auto claims:

Use SGI’s dial-a-claim service 1-844-TLK-2SGI (1-844855-2744) or use SGI’s eClaim Service here.
If you have a Sandbox auto policy, call 1.800.667.3067 ask for claims; they will guide you through their process.

 

What to do in the Event of a Claim

 

  1. Ensure all persons involved are safe.
  2. Call emergency services, if required.
  3. Take photos/videos before cleanup for proof of loss. Keep receipts for professional services. If you clean up yourself, note your actions and time spent.
  4. Take steps to avoid more damage without risking your safety. If unsure, contact your broker or an emergency disaster professional.
  5. Keep damaged items until your adjuster approves disposal. Store them to prevent further damage.
