David Reidy

David brings extensive experience to his role as President & CEO of Henderson Insurance since joining in 1997. With a background in coaching and education, Dave is a skilled business leader whose passion is team and culture building. He’s proud of the team’s success in delivering exceptional service to clients with trusted risk management advice.
Dave and his wife Lora have two sons, both studying Business at the University of Saskatchewan. On game day, you’ll find them with their two labrador dogs cheering on their beloved Denver Broncos.

Rick recently passed his 40th anniversary in the insurance industry. He says it’s all about working to understand people and what they want, which is not policies, but often trust and confidence.
Rick started at Henderson in 1990 giving him a wide perspective of the evolution of the industry over the years, and of course strong relationships with long-term clients. He continues to help lead the direction of the Henderson team.

Patti Wilson

One of the longest standing members, Patti joined the Henderson team over 30 years ago as a high school student in a co-op position. After obtaining her accounting certificate at SIAST (Saskatchewan Polytechnic) Patti started full-time with Henderson and never looked back.
She’s seen a lot of change and growth over that time, but says the company’s core values remain the same since day one.
Patti is a proud mother of three boys, and an avid Sports Fan with Cleveland baseball being her favorite team.

Since joining Henderson in 2008, Tony says there’s something new every day that challenges him and keeps him motivated. He says his close relationships with his team members is the best part of his job. A former manager of various divisions at Co-op, and a current coach of youth baseball, Tony enjoys the challenges he faces with clients, team management, and coaching.

Stating his biggest challenge in his work is getting people to think differently about insurance and risk, Brad calls on his experience in client relations. His professional background is in sales management with Molson Canada and marketing placements with various junior hockey teams. Brad’s favourite aspect of his work is his interactions with both teammates and clients, but he also loves that all the Henderson members are active supporters of volunteer initiatives. Business aside, Brad enjoys going to Rider games with his wife and son, and says that he secretly loves dirt biking.

Dustin proudly grew up near small-town Torquay Saskatchewan on a grain farm. Dustin’s has ten years professional experience in sales and marketing. His experience also includes business development roles in new home and commercial construction and property management.

Without hesitation, she says there’s nothing more rewarding in her work than helping her clients. When not at work, Tereen’s busy raising her three children, traveling to Texas and the Caribbean with her family, and attending concerts (huge Mötley Crüe fan).
