Moose Jaw, SK, October 3, 2023 – With a long history and deep roots within their communities, three of Saskatchewan’s premier brokerages, Henderson Insurance, Hoffmann Kool Insurance, and Life Line Brokers, will come together as HK Henderson, effective November 1, 2023. The partnership creates one of the largest commercial brokerages in the province and reflects a strategic decision to scale its growth while capitalizing on common synergies.
For nearly 60 years, Henderson Insurance, a second-generation commercial brokerage led by president and CEO David Reidy, has been providing customized insurance services and solutions across industries including agriculture, transportation, and manufacturing, with expertise in commercial construction and contract surety bonding. Similarly, Hoffmann Kool, led by CEO Darryn Knibbs, has been providing expertise in transportation, construction and a variety of other industries in Saskatoon and northern Saskatchewan for over 50 years. They join Saskatoon-based Life Line Brokers, specializing in personal insurance, life insurance and financial services.
With complementary areas of business focus, deep regional connections, and a team of specialists with a common approach to client service, the amalgamation is a natural evolution to helping clients manage rapidly evolving business risks.
